George Ramirez, 19, of 231 Hamilton Ave., and Peter Cavini, 18, of 4 Mianus View Terrace, were arrested and charged with conspiracy at possession of marijuana and criminal attempt at possession of marijuana. Both men were apprehended after they called an undercover narcotics officer seeking to buy drugs.
