Byram Watershed Coalition
Jack Stoecker, coordinator of the Byram Watershed Coalition, welcomes a $725,000 grant awarded to Port Chester, N.Y., to improve its storm water runoff system. Stoecker is shown standing on the Mill River Bridge over the Byram River. The bridge connects the Byram section of Greenwich and Port Chester.
