A Rye, N.Y., man found sleeping in the driver's seat of a vehicle in a Byram church parking lot late Saturday morning had nearly three times the legal limit of alcohol in his system, police said.
Keith H. Turco, 50, of 626 Milton Road, Rye, N.Y., was found by police shortly after 10:30 a.m. in a vehicle in the Sacred Heart Church parking lot at 95 Henry St. in Byram.
